CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

Of course!

You can return your garment without penalty within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To submit your request, simply email info@zoefashion.it.

Please note: To make a return, the item must be undamaged and have all tags in their original packaging, securely packaged for shipping, then delivered to the shipper of your choice. Remember to fill out and place the return form in the package.

 

IS THE RETURN FREE?

You are responsible for the cost and organization of the return, unless you send defective goods or errors attributable to our warehouse.

HOW MUCH IS THE REFUND?

We will refund the full value of the return as soon as possible and in any case within 15 days, less shipping costs. The amount will be credited to the same means of payment used for the purchase.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE?

In the case of a defective or damaged product, we ask that you email us within 60 days of discovering the defect, at info@zoefashion.it stating the reason and attaching photographs.

 

Your request will be processed within 5 business days, the return will be authorized, and within the next 30 business days of receiving the product, we will send you our feedback and a proposal for repair, replacement or cancellation of the order.

Pickup of the product will be arranged in this case at our expense, you will receive directions from customer service.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?

In case you have received a product that is different in size/color etc. from the one you ordered, please notify us by email within 5 days of receiving the incorrect order by writing to info@zoefashion.it, stating the reason and attaching a copy of your order and relevant photographs.

Within 5 business days the return will be authorized and we will send you our feedback.

Pickup of the product will be arranged in this case at our expense and we will process the refund as soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse and we have made the appropriate verifications.

We will then replace the item or refund the expense, at your discretion.

 

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER PLACED ONLINE TO ONE OF THE RETAILER STORES?

Unfortunately this is not possible, to make the return you must follow the procedure as given above.
